For Pravasi, learning isn’t just a passion—it’s his Ikigai. With over 20 years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D), where he has worked as a facilitator, learning designer, project lead, business partner, and thought leader, Pravasi has gained a holistic understanding of how L&D drives business success.
A dedicated researcher and lifelong learner, Pravasi holds multiple certifications from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), along with two Master’s degrees and a Doctorate (in progress). His expertise lies in strategy, innovation, and value creation within business organizations.
